Tattooed man robs bank

A man with a Chinese symbol tattooed on his neck robbed the Bank of America at 1620 Tremont St. this week, according to the Boston Police Department.

The man entered the bank around 9:45 a.m. on Jan. 9 and gave the teller a note claiming he had a bomb. “Do it now. I’m not playing,” the robber reportedly said. He was given an unknown amount of money and fled on Tremont.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 40s or 50s with the tattoo on the left side of his neck. He was wearing a red flannel button-up shirt and black gloves.
