The new owners of the John R. Alley/Eblana Brewery at 117-127 Heath St. called a community meeting on Sept. 5, after the Gazette’s deadline, to discuss development options for the century-old property.
Triad Alpha Partners, the new owners of the 1886-1918 property, called the meeting to discuss possibilities, including complete demolition, for redevelopment.
A 2005 Mayo Group proposal would have converted the property, repurposing two buildings and creating two new structures, into 62 residential lofts and 21 condos. That proposal was abandoned.
