Police investigate 2 shootings

The Boston Police Department (BPD) is investigating two people being shot in the Mission Hill area on Dec. 28, according to bpdnews.com.

Officers responded to the intersection of Tremont and Ruggles streets for a report of a person shot around 6:45 p.m. They found a 15-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to the Boston Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

About 10 minutes later, officers responded to the area of 58 Annunciation Road in Alice Taylor Homes, close to the previous shooting, for a report of a person shot. They discovered a male victim in his 20s, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The victim, who was shot while riding his bike in the area of Cabot Street, was transported to Boston Children’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
