The upper terrace at McLaughlin Park, which is located between Parker Hill and Fisher avenues on top of Parker Hill and is slated for a $333,000 renovation that will start in spring 2015. An online survey of three different designs for the renovation was supposed to be posted in July, but was delayed until this month because of summer vacations, according to Boston Parks and Recreation Department (BPRD) spokesperson Ryan Woods.
