It is a pleasure, even in this digital age, to welcome a new librarian to the neighborhood.

The Parker Hill Branch is a keystone of Mission Hill’s community and self-improvement. We welcome Katrina Morse as the new branch librarian, and we are encouraged by her enthusiastic ideas for engaging with students and other young people.

Libraries are probably more important now than ever as hubs of community activity and as guides through the modern information glut. We look forward to this next chapter of the Parker Hill Branch’s public service.
