The Carrie Simon Room, a renovated computer lab at the Mission Hill housing development was dedicated on April 29. Carrie Simon, an activist and community volunteer, was a member of the Mission Main Task Force and worked for Project Life. Pictured, from left to right, are Carrie’s family members Bernie Simon; Gwen Simon-Porter; Victor Simon; Sylvia Simon-Cannon; and Edmund Simon. The renovation was completed with the help of two recent Wentworth Institute of Technology students, Hunter Pattershall and Alexis Noel.
