Maloney Properties Will Be Conducting a Boston Planning and Development Agency (Bpda) Income Restricted Rental Lottery for Seven Apartments Located at Sunset Lofts

The property is located 70 Parker Hill Avenue in Boston’s Mission Hill neighborhood. Sunset Lofts will be a six-story apartment building consisting of 40 new apartments. Seven of the 40 units will be designated as income-restricted. The property will also feature 29 parking spaces on site, a 1,500 SF fitness center, concierge service, storage for rent, and bicycle storage. Sunset lofts will offer Boston skyline views.

Residents interested in putting their names into the lottery for one of the five affordable units can request an application by visiting www.70ParkerHillLottery.com or by calling 617-209-5250 to have an BPDA application emailed. Applications will be made available between Monday, May 22, 2017 & Saturday, June 3, 2017.

You will not be able to receive an application after Saturday, June 3. Applicants must fillout the BPDA application completely and mail it back to  Maloney Properties, Inc., Attention: 70 Parker Hill Lottery, 27 Mica Lane, Wellesley MA 02481. Completed applications must be returned by the deadline, postmarked no later than June 10, 2017. Applicants who meet the deadline will then automatically be entered into the lottery.

Maloney Properties will then conduct a lottery and each applicant will be assigned a lottery number. Maloney Properties said there will be preference for a disabled household for Americans with Disabilities Act units. These units are built out for applicants with mobility impairments.

According to the BPDA, income limits are required to be eligible for the lottery and this is based on household size and income. Depending on these factors, affordable units will range from $1,086 to $1,448 per month.
