Jadaviya Smith-Turner, of Mission Hill, skating on Saturday, January 18, at the Kelly Outdoor Rink in Jamaica Plain. The rink is one of the only state-owned skating resources in the area, and hosts a very popular Learn to Skate program every Saturday morning. The 20-year-old facility is the only state-owned outdoor rink in Massachusetts.
