MBTA workers climb atop a Green Line trolley on Huntington Avenue in Brigham Circle to disconnect its electrical power after it derailed on Oct. 8, snarling local transit for hours. The accident happened in a failed attempt to switch the trolley to another track to head back downtown. The trolley struck another train and some passengers received minor injuries.
