Sociedad Latina youths join in a dance workshop as part of the “Connecting Through Health & Wellness” event at Mission Church’s Parish Center on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Jan. 21. The personal health event included arts and music, healthy cooking demonstrations, Zumba and yoga classes, and discussions about racial disparities in health care.
