The City’s Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) has released a request for proposals (RFP) for vacant City-owned lots on Mission Hill.
The RFP breaks down the vacant lands into three packages. The first package consists of 6-8 Gore St., 724-727, 729R Parker St., and 708 Parker St. The second packages consists of 40-42 Terrace St. and 132 Terrace St. The final package consists of 21-23 Wensley St., approximately 52-58 Fisher Ave., and 53 Wensley St.
The RFP lists preferred uses as homeownership, artist- and owner-occupied rental housing, or community gardens and says that DND will provide some money for affordable housing.
The deadline to submit a proposal is April 28.
