Community members and local leaders, including Mayor Martin Walsh, local state Rep. Jeffrey Sanchez, City Councilor Josh Zakim and Mission Hill Neighborhood Housing Services (MHNHS) Executive Director Patricia Flaherty, celebrated on Sept. 22 the grand opening of the Phase 1 of the Parcel 25 project, One Gurney St. The transit-oriented development has 40 units of affordable housing, a headquarters for Metro Housing Boston, and retail storefronts.
