Students involved in Northeastern University’s “Breakfast Club” community service project will hold a Mission Hill cleanup, followed by a “meet-and-greet” social event for the neighborhood at Mike’s Donuts, on Sat., Nov. 4.

Residents are welcome to join the students for the cleanup starting at noon at Calumet and St. Alphonsus streets. The social event, with coffee and doughnuts provided by the group, starts a 1 p.m. at the 1524 Tremont St. cafe.

The Breakfast Club is composed of students who live off-campus in various neighborhoods. It regularly holds cleanups and similar community service events, and this is the final one of the season. The social event gives residents a chance to meet some of their student neighbors.
