The MBTA is proposing a fare increase of 4 to 7 percent, to take effect July 1. T officials are holding a series of public meetings about the proposal, including one on Thurs., April 24 at Roxbury Community College.
The RCC meeting will run 6 to 8 p.m. at the Student Center cafeteria, 1350 Tremont St.
