Developer Jason Savage is proposing a 15-unit, 6-floor residential development for 40 Fisher Avenue, according to documents filed with the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA).
The 22,039-square-foot project would have two 1-bedroom units, six 2-bedroom units and seven 3-bedroom units. The development would also have 10 parking spaces and 18 bicycle spots.
The project would need several variances, including for floor area ratio and insufficient front and rear yard.
BRA spokesperson Nick Martin said that a community has not been scheduled yet, but expects one to be so soon.
