Hundreds of walkers, runners, and volunteers connected at the Mission Hill Road Race on September 30th , organized by Mission Hill Neighborhood Housing Services, with the mutual goal of building community and supporting Kevin W. Fitzgerald Park, now a level I arboretum.
Local Sociedad Latina youth proudly show off their medals after completing the loop atop Kevin W. Fitzgerald Park, also winning them a Road Race T-shirt.
Volunteer ”human arrows” from many university clubs including the Northeastern Alliance of Civically Engaged Students, NU Alpha Phi Omega, NU Figure Skaters, NU Marketing Association, and MCPHS Alpha Zeta Omega point runners in the right direction.
