Building on a highly successful first year, Boston Senior Home Care (BSHC) and Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of Massachusetts and Rhode Island (PLAN of MA & RI) today announced the second-year continuation of their strategic partnership to strengthen support for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and family caregivers. By bringing together expertise in care coordination, social services, and fiduciary support, both organizations help individuals remain independent while giving families the guidance and resources to prepare for the future.
PLAN of MA and RI's Diamond sponsorship of BSHC’s 2026 Legacy of Leading Luncheon Gala reflects its commitment to advancing this shared vision.
At Boston Senior Home Care, supporting caregivers means connecting them with the resources they need every step of the way,” said Meg Hogan, Chief Executive Officer. “PLAN's expertise in financial and fiduciary planning complements the caregiver support we provide, helping families make informed decisions with confidence. We are grateful for their continued partnership and generous support.”
PLAN of MA & RI is a trusted provider of trustee and fiduciary services, enabling individuals with disabilities and their families to preserve assets, protect public benefits, and plan confidently for the future. “PLAN is proud to continue our partnership with Boston Senior Home Care," said Joan McGrath, Chief Executive Officer of PLAN of MA & RI.
“As a nonprofit dedicated to helping improve the lives of seniors and those with disabilities, PLAN’s mission is closely aligned with that of BSHC, and together we can continue making a meaningful impact for some of our most vulnerable neighbors.”
The Legacy of Leading Luncheon Gala will be held October 1, 2026, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, MA. The event honors leaders whose vision and service have strengthened the health, independence, and well-being of older adults throughout the Commonwealth. Proceeds support Boston Senior Home Care's programs and services that enable older adults, people with disabilities, and family caregivers to age in place with dignity and independence.
