The Mission Hill/Fenway Neighborhood Trust is accepting grant applications from local organizations until March 28, according to board chair Lauren Dewey Platt. The trust will disburse its grants in June.
The trust was founded by Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 1995 as a condition of the hospital buying the former Massachusetts College of Art building at Brookline and Longwood Avenues.
Past recipients of the trust’s grants have been Mission Hill Artists Collective, Mission Hill Health Movement, Mission Hill Main Street and Mission Park Social Services. Grants in previous years have largely been in the $1,000 to $4,000 range.
